| 摘 要： | 本文从社会系统和知识系统角度分析了技术发明、技术创新过程中的相关要素,考察了科学、技术、文化、市场和政府之间的关系,着重分析了技术发明、技术创新过程客观性标准和主观性标准的互动和内在矛盾,并从当代技术创新的主要形式,即工程组织制度角度分析了当代科学技术政策所面临的问题.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the process of technological innovation and its relative factors from the two angles:socal system and knowledge system.The paper think the relationship through science,technology,culture,market and government,specially analyzes the interactive relation and immanent contradiction between objecitivity standard and subjectivity standard in the courses of technological innovation.The paper also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of modern science and technology from the engineering system of modern technological innovation. |
