低湿度环境空调设计方案的确定

摘    要:针对锂加工所需低湿度环境空词设计的特点,在分析了常用除湿方法的除湿机理、特点、适用范围的基础上,经过对几种低湿度空词设计方案的比较。认为此类工程宜采用硅胶转轮与冷冻联合除湿方案。介绍了低湿度环境空调工程施工、安装需采取的特殊措施,如空词室宜采用装配式结构,地面采用防静电地板,空调风管需保温并采取严格的密封措施等。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of dehumidification mechanism, features and application scope of normal dehumidification method, the design features of air-conditioners used in low humidity environment of lithium processing field are expounded.It is considered that a combined dehumidification measure, i.e. silica gel combined with freezing, should be taken in this kind of engineering, through comparison among several design schemes for air-conditioners used in low humidity environment. In this article, the special measures for the construction and installation of air-conditioners in low humidity environment are introduced, such as built-up structure used in air conditioning room, anti-electrostatic floor board used for the floor, heat preservation and strict sealing used for the air pipe of conditioners etc.
