N-对硝基苯甲酰四氢噻唑2-硫酮与甘氨酸的反应

摘    要:在三聚氯氰存在下对硝基苯甲酸与四氢噻唑-2-硫酮反应得到N-对硝基苯甲酰四氢噻唑-2-硫酮.在K2CO3存在下产物与甘氨酸反应得到N-对硝基苯甲酰甘氨酸,与N-甲基甘氨酸反应得到了水解产物对硝基苯甲酸.

Abstract:p-Nitrobenzoic acid reacted with thiazolidine-2-thione in the presence of cyanuryl chloride as the coupling reagent that the p-nitrobenzoylthiazolidine-2-was obtained. The N-pnitrobenzoylglycine was formed between the reaction of p-nitrobenzoyl-thiazolidine-2 and glycine in the presence of K2CO3, CH3COCH3, H2O. But under the same condition, when N-pnitrobenzoylthiazolidine-2-thione was reacted with N-methyl glycine, the p-nirtobenzoic acid was obtained.
