江西省科技事业现状与中长期发展战略研究

摘    要:通过对比科技资源、高新技术、科技产出等一系列科技指标,分析江西省与中部地区五省及国内排名前十位地区在科技实力上的差距,总结得出了若干基本结论。在此基础上提出了江西省的科技发展指导方针,可以概括为“以人为本,引创结合,全面开放,跨越发展”。提出了江西省2020年科技发展目标体系是:“增长、强省、富民、提高竞争力、可持续发展”。

Abstract:By comparing a series of scientific and technological indices such as scientific and technological resources,new high technology,scientific and technological output,etc,this paper analyses the differences in the scientific and technological strength between Jiangxi province and other five provinces in the middle areas and the top ten areas at home,reaching the some basic conclusions.Based on this,it puts forward the guiding principles for the scientific and technological development of Jiangxi province,which can be summarized as "people-first orientation,combination of guide and innovation,opening-up in all aspects and leaping development".Also,it advances the goal system of the scientific and technological development of Jiangxi province in 2020,that is,"growth,strengthening the province,enriching people,improving competitiveness and sustainable development".
