| 摘 要： | 高等特殊教育师资培训包括职前培训和在职教育,加强高等特殊教育师资培训,具有重要的意义。我国在高等特殊教育师资培训问题上,比较薄弱,尚存在一些亟待解决的问题。这些问题将导致教师知识陈旧,教学技能滞后,影响了教学质量的提高。使从事高等特殊教育的教师不能有效地履行职责。
