| 摘 要： | 在确定信息系统投资决策指标体系的基础上,考虑到指标的均衡性对决策的影响,利用指标均衡度对正交投影法的最终评价结果进行改进,并应用改进的方法对某企业4个方案进行评价,给出其评价过程.
