| 摘 要： | 文章对20世纪50年代高等教育办学体制与模式的改造与当前高等教育办学体制与模式的改革进行了对比，并以浙江万里学院为例，分析了浙江万里学院办学模式的特点，提出创新体制是当前高等教育改革的方向。

| Abstract: | A comparative study is made between the system of schooling ownership and reforms of Chinas higher education patterns in 1950s and the one at present . Based on the case of Zhejiang Wanli University, the writer analyses the Wanlis scholing characteristics and points out that to create new system is the direction of reforms of Chinas higher education at present. |
