| 摘 要： | 选取西安欧美客源为研究对象,运用合图法(co-plot)分析西安欧美游客的期望和实际感知特点,并同几种传统数据分析方法比较,结果得出从西安旅游两个层面28个因素,分析欧美游客期望、实际感知和期望差异三个属性特点,并运用合图技术划分为八组.和图法具有更强的图形展示功能,且同时分析研究对象及其属性,而传统方法常常把两者隔离开来.
