带肋薄壁和普通方钢管混凝土柱的经济性比较

摘    要:分别考虑截面尺寸相同、混凝土强度不同以及材料强度相同、截面尺寸不同两种设计方案.根据当前福建省材料市场供应和加工价格,分别计算了在轴压和偏压典型工况条件下的带肋薄壁方钢管混凝土柱与普通方钢管混凝土柱的造价,并进行了比较.结果表明:在截面尺寸相同的条件下,带肋薄壁方钢管混凝土的工程造价可比普通方钢管混凝土的减少约25%;而在材料强度相同的情况下,工程造价可减少10%左右.

Abstract:The construction costs of the stiffened composite columns are compared with those of conventional concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) columns when they have the same dimensions and different concrete strengths,or have the same material strengths but with different dimensions.It demonstrated that the construction cost can be reduced by about 25% when the same dimensions are adopted,and the reduction is about 10% when the materials are the same.From the comparisons,it seems that considerable economic benefits can be expected for the stiffened columns,thus they have a potential to be used in structural engineering.
