庞泉沟自然保护区植物群落的模糊数学分类与排序

摘    要:用模糊C-均值聚类和模糊排序方法研究了庞泉沟自然保护区植物群落类型及其生态关系,结果表明,该区群落类型的分布与生态环境的变化趋势相一致,保护区植物群落与环境的关系相协调.海拔高度和水热条件是影响植物群落变化的主要生态因子.2种模糊数学方法很好地反映了群落的生态关系,分析结果符合实际,可在今后研究中推广使用.

Abstract:Fuzzy C means clustering and fuzzy set ordination techniques are applied to the classification and ordination of plant communities in Pangquangou Natural Reserve, Shanxi province, North China. The results show that the distribution of communities is consistent with the change of environmental gradients. The relations between plant communities and environmental variables are harmonious. Among the environmental variables, elevation, water and heating conditions are main factors in affecting vegetation change. The methodologies, fuzzy C means clustering and fuzzy set ordination, successively describe the ecological relations of communities, and more application should be done in the future studies.
