| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着扩招后高校毕业高峰的来临,大学生的就业形势也变得越来越严峻。从"天之骄子"到"有知识的普通劳动者"的蜕变,就业过程中的不诚信现象愈演愈烈,显得尤为引人注目。本文从近年来大学生就业过程中出现的不诚信现象出发,深入剖析了造成这种现象的诱因,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the coming of graduation peak after expanded enrollment,university students' employment trend also becomes more and more pressing.Their images changed from "God's favored sons" to "common labors with knowledge",the phenomenon of dishonesty has been more and more obvious.Based on some honesty problems during the employment,this paper analyzes reasons for dishonesty and proposes proper measures. |
