施工支架施工过程模拟和横向分布系数计算

摘    要:以南江大桥为工程背景,建立平面杆系模型,分别计算施工支架分四个施工阶段施工和一个阶段施工的内力.然后建立桥墩和箱梁混凝土实体模型,施工支架用桁架单元模拟,分析施工支架的荷载横向分布系数.研究结果表明,不考虑施工过程的影响,得到支架的计算结果误差约为13 %,当箱梁腹板的重心偏向支架外侧,且支架的荷载横向联系的刚度较弱时,应考虑横向分布系数的影响.

Abstract:Inner force of construction frame is calculated using plane frame model, taking Nanjiang Bridge as engineering background. The construction stage is divided separately into 4 and 1. Concrete pier and concrete box girder is simulated by using solid model, and transverse load distribution of construction frame is calculated by beam element and link element.
