| 摘 要： | 利用传输矩阵法研究一维周期和准周期势垒结构的透射系数。针对特定应用需求,假设势垒和势阱的厚度固定,一维周期以及准周期势垒结构模型简化为两种高度不同的势垒按周期以及准周期的序列构成任意多势垒结构。数值算例表明:周期和准周期势垒结构都有透射带隙和禁带的出现。准周期势垒相比周期势垒结构禁带宽度发生了展宽,而且在周期势垒不能透射的粒子在准周期势垒中产生高质量的共振隧穿。此外,准周期参数的选取对固定能量的粒子在一维准周期势垒结构中的透射特性有重要影响。

| Abstract: | The transmission properties of a one-dimensional periodical multi-barrier structure and a quasi-periodical structure are studied by the transfer matrix method. The results show that the band gap can also be found in the one-dimensional periodical multi-barrier structure and the quasi-periodical structure. And the frequency range of the gap in the quasi-periodical multi-barrier structure is larger than the periodical structure. Furthermore, the results show that the transmission coefficients in the quasi-periodical multi-barrier structure are correlated with the quasi-periodical parameters. |
