轴颈转速对滑动轴承油膜特性的影响

摘    要:基于Navier-Stokes方程组对某型车用汽油机曲轴主轴承油膜特性进行了三维数值模拟,获得了不同轴颈转速下,润滑油油膜压力和组分的分布规律,揭示了曲轴转速对滑动轴承油膜特性的影响。数值模拟结果表明,随着轴颈转速的增加,滑动轴承油膜承载区的作用范围以及油膜最大压力的位置几乎不变;在油膜承载区的相同周向位置处,油膜压力随轴颈转速的增加不仅呈线性增大,而且其在最大压力位置处随轴颈转速增加,增长速度最快。此外,随着轴颈转速的升高,油膜破碎区域内充满空气区域的面积逐渐减小,润滑油入口附近油膜破碎区的面积逐渐增加。

Abstract:Numerical simulation of oil film Characteristics of a crankshaft bearing for gasoline engines was completed based on Navier-Stokes equations. Through 3-D simulation, the distributions of pressure and component inside the oil film in different journal rotation speeds was obtained, and the effect of the crankshaft rotation speed on the characteristic of oil film was uncovered. The results are shown as following. The action range of load bearing area of the journal bearing oil film and the location of the max oil film pressure do not change with the increase of the rotation speed of crankshaft. As the rotation speed of crankshaft increases, the pressure of oil film increases linearly in the same circumferential location, and it increases fastest in the place of max oil film pressure. In addition, with the increase of the rotation speed of crankshaft, the area filled with air in the breaking up area of oil film declines, and the breaking up area near the oil inlet rises.
