摘    要:对比热浪过程前后健康小鼠与ApoE-/-小鼠ET-1、NO及体温的变化,探讨热浪对ApoE-/-小鼠体温的影响机制。选取南京2001~2010年间一次实际热浪天气过程,运用气象环境模拟箱模拟,将健康小鼠与ApoE-/-小鼠分为对照组和热浪组(n=6),测定其热浪前后血管内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)的含量以及体温的变化。结果显示热浪刺激后,ApoE-/-小鼠的体温、NO含量上升明显,体重、ET-1水平及NO/ET-1比值变化不大,体温变化、NO含量及NO/ET-1比值相对于健康小鼠差异显著。研究结果 ApoE-/-小鼠在热浪过程中更易受到热浪的影响,是冠心病患者更易受高温热浪影响的可能机理之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of heat wave on ApoE-/- mice by comparing the variations of ET-1, NO and body temperature between C57BL/6/J mice and ApoE-/- mice. Methods A heat wave weather process during 2001 to 2010 was simulated by climate simulator. The content of ET-1 and NO and the body temperature of mice, which were divided into 2 groups(n=6): control group and heat-wave group, were detected during the heat wave. Results When suffering the heat wave, the NO level and the body temperature were rising obviously, but the weight, the ET-1 content and the ratio between NO and ET-1 were not changing much. At the meantime, the variations of NO, the ratio and the body temperature of ApoE-/- mice were more significant than C57BL/6/J mice. Conclusion ApoE-/- mice were more vulnerable when suffering the heat wave, which might be one of the mechanisms of the phenomenon that coronary artery disease patients are more vulnerable to heat wave weather.
