| Abstract: | A method of measuring the protein soiled clothes was established. A newalkaline protease, Savinase, and four surfactants, including AES, AEO9, TX-10, LASare used in the study. Individual effect of each of them was tested on removing proteinsoil, standard soil, and the mixed soil of protein, carbon black, and oil etc., Thecooperating detergency of Savinase is enhanced with the first three surfactants, andreducecd with the last one. |
