| 摘 要： | 在知识经济条件下,现代企业组织结构模式得以不断创新和发展:扁平化网络化成为现代企业组织结构新趋势,跨部门任务小组和团队型组织将是未来企业基本组织单位,学习型组织等新型组织结构不断涌现。在新型企业组织结构中应注重信息系统的建设和学习功能的完善。

| Abstract: | Under the conditions of intellectual property, modern enterprises' organization gains constantly innovation and development,being horizontal has become a new tendency for modern enterprises' organization, multi-branch task group and team-form organization will become the basic unit in the future enterprises, new style group like learning-type group emerges constantly. In these new style enterprises, the construction of information system and the escalation of learning function deserve more attention. |
