| 摘 要： | 本工作主要采用蛋白银染色技术对小腔游仆虫Ｅ．ａｅｄｉｃｕｌａｔｕｓ形态和形态发生进行了描述和研究，从银线系角度及发生角度上证明该虫尾部的四根棘毛的来源不同。由此建议把左边两根看成是左缘棘毛减少至两根的情形并称之为左缘棘毛。讨论了长期存在混淆的Ｅ．ａｅｄｉｃｕｌａｔｕｓ和Ｅ．ｅｕｒｙｓｔｏｍｕｓ的区别，并确证本实验所用材料为前者。

| Abstract: | The morphological structure and the morphogenesis of Euplotes aediculatus were discribed and studied by using the protargol stained method. The different origins of the four cirri at the caudal part were indicated in respect of the silverline system and morphogenesis. We suggested that the left two cirri were the situation that the left marginal cirri (LMC) decreased to two and called them LMC. The difference between E. aediculatus and E. eurystomus was also discussed and we confirmed that the Euplotes used in our experiment was E. aediculatus . |
