| 摘 要： | 提出了由炼厂选址、生产计划制定、运输方案制定三个环节构成的成品油供应链优化方法.以汶川地震为例建立了成品油应急配送中心选址模型、成品油生产计划模型、成品油运输路径选择优化模型,并给出了求解算法.结果表明,运用该方法优化供应链可以满足非常规突发事件下成品油应急需求,并在时间和效益上取得较好的效果.

| Abstract: | The optimal method of refined oil supply chain was presented based on choosing place of refined factory, making production plan and making transportation plan. Taking Wenchuan earthquake as an example, the emergency oil products distribution center location model, production planning model of refined oil, refined oil transport route selection optimization model were established. Finally the algorithm was given, and Wenchuan earthquake relief oil supply was optimized. The results show that the method can help supply refined oil demand, and have advantage in time and profit. |
