基于消费行为的电子废弃物回收押金制度研究

从经济激励入手,结合押金制度和低碳行为的研究,探索押金制度实施的影响因素,为押金制度推广提供建议.从经济激励入手,构建行为理论下押金制度的影响因素模型,结合北京地区的调研数据,通过统计分析,认为押金制度的接受意愿和额度设置与环保态度、行为习惯和个人特质存在一定关系.据此提出加大环保宣传、差异化制度设计,提高回收便利性等建议.

Deposit Refund System Based Consumption Behavior for E-Waste Recycling

Starting from economic incentives and combining with the deposit system and low carbon behavior, the influential factors of the deposit refund system was explored based on the consumption behavior pattern, and some advice for the extend of refund system was provided. From the above research result, an influential factors model was constructed, which basing on the behavior theory. Through questionnaires conducted in Beijing area and statistical analyses, the research finds that the consumers' acceptance of deposit system and amount of deposit they are willing to pay highly depend on their attitude toward environment protection, behavior habits and personal characteristics. Hence, some suggestions were proposed, such as expanding advertising, differentiation system design and improving recycling convenience, etc.
