渣油组分亚甲基与甲基比值和周边取代情况研究

摘    要:用傅立叶变换红外光谱法表征了取代多环芳烃与正构烷烃混合物,研究发现其亚甲基和甲基比值与1460cm-1和1380cm-1吸收峰的吸光度之比具有良好的线性关系,导出了其关联式。该式可用于表征含多环芳烃的渣油重组分及其反应产物。此外,670~900cm-1峰与1600cm-l峰的峰面积之比值反映了芳环周边取代状况,该参数能够较好地描述渣油及其沥青质热反应产物芳环周边取代的变化规律。

Abstract:The infrared spectra of the mixtures of 1-methyl naphthene and n-pheptane were studied. It is found that there exists a linear relation between the ratio of absorptivity of IR in 1460 cm-1 band to that in 1380 cm- 1 band and the ratio of methylene to methyl groups in the mixtures. Their correlation expression is proposed, by which the nCH2/nCH3 ratio of vacuum residues can be conveniently calculated from their IR spectra. In addition, the extent of peripheric substitution in aromatic rings of asphaltenes and their thermal reaction products are expressed by the ratio of areas of 670~900 cm- 1 bands to that of 1600 cm- 1 band.
