| Abstract: | The mechanism of the reinforced concrete members strengthened by the external prestressed tendons with different boundary condition is investigated, and the influence of the boundary condition with a certain stiffness on the effective prestress values of the strengthened members is analyzed. A unified calculation formula is proposed for appraising the actual effective of the prestress. |
