| 摘 要： | 21世纪,在人民生活水平稳步提升的同时我们大学校园里学生的思想观念、思雏方式、学习状态、生活轨迹也在不断的发生变化.面对挑战,加强学生党建工作意义重大.笔者作为一名高校一线学生工作者,结合自身工作经验,提出新时期下以科学发展观为指导,创新高校学生党建工作"四步走"模式.
