| 摘 要： | 目的通过测量、比较几种不同型号的DR和CR系统实际应用中的影像放大率,为医师看片或书写报告时提供参考数据。方法同一被摄物分别用3台不同品牌型号DR机和1台传统X线摄片机（配合CR机使用）在焦片距相同的情况下进行投照。采用同一台干式激光相机、均选择真实大小模式、使用相同规格干式胶片进行打印。分别测量胶片上被摄物体的大小并与实际大小进行比对,分别计算出每台机的影像放大率。结果在立式胸片架或立式平板探测器投照时,放大率：岛津X光机为2.5%、飞利浦DR为5%、西门子DR为5%、柯达DR为2.5%。在床下片盒或床下平板探测器投照,上述4台机的放大率分别为：7.5%、5%、15%和7.5%。结论在投照焦片距和打印模式相同情况下,在立位投照时,岛津X光机和柯达DR放大率相同 飞利浦DR和西门子DR放大率相同。在卧位投照时,除岛津X光机和柯达DR放大率相同外,其他均不相同,其中西门子DR放大率最大。 |
