| 摘 要： | 朋辈心理辅导是高校心理健康教育网络系统的重要组成部分,是专业心理咨询和辅导的一种重要补充,开展朋辈心理辅导的关键在于朋辈辅导员的队伍建设。应积极探索朋辈辅导员的选拔、培训、督导以及自我成长等问题,促进大学生心理健康水平的提高。

| Abstract: | Peer psychological counseling is an important part of the network system of psychological health education at colleges and an important supplement to the professional psychological consultation.The key to peer psychological counseling lies in construction of peer psychological counselors.Active exploration of selecting peer psychological counselors,training,supervising and of their self-development can help improve college students' psychological health. |
