城中村改造中集体土地产权流转方式初探

伴随着城市化进程的不断加快,城中村的改造成为城市发展的必要选择.而在改造过程中,城中村集体土地产权的流转问题成为了重中之中.但缺乏系统完善的法律作为支撑,在实践过程中存在着不少问题.通过对我国现有城中村改造中集体土地产权流转方式的分析,并在此基础上提出一些想法,以期在实践中能探索出更为合理有效的集体土地产权流转方式.

Exploring the Transfer Modes of Collective Land Property Rights in the Reform of City Villages

With the rapid advancement of urbanization, the reform of city villages has become an inevitable way for the development of cities, and its top priority is given to the transfer of the collective land property rights. Howev＇er, without the support of systemic and perfect laws, there exist lots of problems in the reforming process. This paper proposes some ideas as to how to investigate a more reasonable and effective mode in the praclice, based on the exploration of the transfer modes of collective Land Property Rights in the city villages of China.
