我国就业调控法体系之构建

随着我国就业形势的日益严峻，保证充分就业逐渐成为我国政府所要肩负的一个长期与艰巨的任务，就业调控立法也成为立法机构以及全社会的关注焦点。然而，虽然我国就业调控立法已经有一定的数量与规模，但由于立法理念的滞后，现有立法无法承担对就业有效调控之任务。鉴于此，探讨一个层次清楚、内容互补、效应显著的就业调控法律体系，是一个在理论与实践上都具有重要意义的课题。

The Analysis of the Construction of Employment Regulation Law of China

With the continuing stress of employment situation of china, the government is burdened with a longtime and challenging task of ensuring full employment. Thus, the employment legislation becomes the focus the legislative body and all society. Though in a large quantity and good scale, the employment legislation fails to regulate the employment properly because of the ill legislative philosophy. So it is valuable practically and theoretically to explore an employment legislation system with consistency, compatibility and real effect.
