摘    要:通过地基勘察、裂缝观测、变形观测、桩身抽芯、砼回弹试验和砼声波测试等,对某建筑物地面塌陷和房裂原因进行了分析研究。结果表明:部分桩端持力层存在不稳定溶洞是该工程病害的主要原因,地表水下渗带走土层和溶洞充填物又加速了持力层溶洞顶板的失稳破坏,桩身质量差也是产生病害的另一原因。作出了该建筑物目前整体稳定,局部已成危房的评价。经过比选,采取了人工挖孔桩托换和结构胶与钢板锚固结合的方法补强加固,节约投资46万余元。

Abstract:according to subgrade prospecting,crack observation,pile shaft core drilling,concrete elastic recovery test and concrete acoustic wave test,etc.,the ground excessive penetration and racking cause of the Liupanshui People's Congress Office Conference Hall was analyzed and studied.The results indi- eate:the main cause of this project's problem was that some pile foundation's bearing stratum had in- stability developed karst cave,surface water concentrated sank and ringed along solum and karst cave infilling object,and this main bearing layer of karst cave roof lost stable equilibrium,another cause lies in sleazy pile.factitious - dig - pile bracket support method and steel plate combined with structure col- loid method were adopted for repair and reinforcement.
