摘    要:采用一种新的风险评价方法即解析分层过程(AHP)风险评价方法对油气长输管道系统进行风险评价.在美国W.K.Muhlbauer提出的长输管道风险评估方法基础上,以系统风险因素框架图为模型,利用AHP方法层层引出各级风险因素.通过双参数比较决定优先权,利用严密的数学公式计算出各因素风险概率,由分因素风险概率计算系统总体风险概率.

Abstract:A new risk assessment approach named analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to assess the risk for pipelines. Based on this method of risk evaluation proposed by W.K. Muhlbaue(U.S.), the causes of risk on each level are elicited on the base of risk framework as its model. The priorities of the elements on each level are determined by pairwise comparisons of their importance with respect to a common attribution. Risk value of each level and global risk value are calculated through rigorous mathematically formula.
