| 摘 要： | 对山麦冬多糖片进行了含量测定,每片含多糖49.99 %±0.9 %;并研究了其急性毒性,山麦冬多糖的小鼠最大耐受量为26.68 g生药/kg,相当于临床用药量的711倍.

| Abstract: | Polysaccharide pill from Radix liriopes is a Chinese traditional medicine. The studies showed that the polysaccharide content of it was nearly 50 percent. The studies also showed that its daily max tolerant dosage of mouth was 26.68 g/kg, which was eaqual to 711 times of clinnical routine. |
