摘    要:英语诗歌具有审美性,其美学特征主要体现在音韵、文辞、意象以及意境等方面。本文认为,教师要想达到理想的教学效果,就要结合诗歌的美学特征,引导学生采用朗读、想象、对比以及移情等方法,感受诗歌的意韵,进入诗歌的情境,从而帮助学生提高英语诗歌学习热情,树立美的情操,塑造高尚人格。

Abstract:English poetry is characterized with aesthetic features which are embodied in phonology,diction,imagery and artistic conception.To achieve efficient teaching,the teachers should guide the students to take such approaches as expressive reading,imagination,comparison and empathy to entering the poetic situation and feeling the artistic sentiments,thus helping the students voluntarily increase poetry learning interest,cultivate aesthetic sentiment and shape noble character.
