| 摘 要： | 在虚拟企业的组建过程中 ,合作伙伴的选择是一个非常重要而且复杂的环节 .能否选择出有竞争力和相容的合作伙伴 ,关系到虚拟企业的成败 .本文分析了虚拟企业伙伴选择过程中应考虑的因素及应遵循的原则 ,在此基础上给出了伙伴选择过程的三阶段模型及其实现方法 .

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the factors and gives the principles that combine quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, complex analysis and compatibility analysis. These principles should be abide by in the process of partner selection. Finally, this paper presents a three|stage model of partner selection and its realization methods. |
