城市交通网络设计与OD量预测问题的双层规划组合模型及算法

摘    要:给出了一个城市交通网络设计和OD量预测问题的双层规划组合模型,此组合模型内在地不断修正OD预测值和路段能力增量(即网络设计方案),同时得到OD出行量预测和路段能力拓宽方案的最优解,与以往方法相比更加符合实际。此外,本文设计了一个基于灵敏度分析和混沌优化的求解算法。

Abstract:A combined bi-level programming model and solution algorithm of origin-destination demands estimation and(network) design are established in this papers.This model modifies the estimation of OD and increment of link capacity(internality),gains the estimated OD demands and the optimized increment of road capacity.And this inethod is more closed to the reality than the methods before.We also design a algorithm based on sensitivity analysis and chaos optimal in this paper.
