摘    要:介绍了采用直接酯化法合成尼泊金乙酯的方法,以自制的对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,苯作共沸脱水剂,氧化铝为干燥剂。讨论了反应时间、原料物质的量配比,催化剂用量对收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为n(对羟基苯甲酸):n(乙醇):n(苯):n(对甲苯磺酸)=1:4:1:0.1,反应时间8h,温度78~110℃,酯化反应产率高达86.9%。

Abstract:The synthetic method with direct esterification for ethyl p-hydroxy-benzoate (nipagin B ) is described,p-methyl-benzenesulfonic acid is prepared by authors as catalyst, benene as the water-carrying agent, and aluminum oxide as the dryagent. The effects of reaction time,material ratio,amount of catalyst on yield are discused. Optimum process conditions are that p-hydroxybenzoc acid: ethanod: benzene: p methyl benzenesultfonic acid = 1: 4: 1: 1: 0.1, reaction time is 8h, temperature is 78~110℃,and the reaction yield can reach to 86. 9 %.
