纳米固体超强酸催化合成乙酰水杨酸(阿司匹林)冰片酯的研究

摘    要:以冰片、乙酰水杨酸为原料,首次采用纳米固体超强酸S2O82-/ZrO2催化合成了一种具有潜在生理活性的乙酰水杨酸冰片酯,该酯经1H NMR,13C NMR和IR进行了结构表征.通过考察催化剂用量,反应温度对酯化反应的影响以及产物重结晶溶剂的选择,发现当催化剂用量为0 3g,即冰片质量的6%,反应温度为110℃时,酯化率最高;无水乙醇为溶剂时,可以高回收率地得到纯净的目标产物.

Abstract:The aspirin borneol ester with biological activity has been synthesized by using the D-glucose as the starting material and the nanometer solid superacid S2O82-/ZrO2 as the catalyst for the first time.The products were characterized by IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.By examining the amount of catalyst,the impact of reaction temperature on esterification reaction and the choice of re-crystallization of the solvent,it finds out that when the amount of catalyst is 0.3g,that is,6% of borneol quality and the reac...
