基于虚拟样机技术的自动武器数值仿真

摘    要:将虚拟样机技术引入自动武器仿真领域,运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS对自动机进行数值仿真,对其模型处理方法进行研究,包括与三维CAD建模软件间的模型传递原则,自动武器典型机构及约束处理方法,对不同自动方式武器的载荷施加方法。仿真结果最后对某武器自动机进行了仿真,得到了武器自动机的一系列运动特性曲线,并对曲线加以分析,证明了该研究方法的可行性。

Abstract:The virtual prototype technology is introduced into the simulation area of automatic weapons and the model processing methods are studied on the numerical simulation of automatic mechanisms. The methods include the import rule from the 3-D CAD model, the method to handle the typical machine and constraint of automatic weapons, the infliction of load according to the types of automatic principles. At last numerical simulation is conducted on weapon automatic mechanisms. A series of kinematics curves of the automatic mechanisms are obtained and analyzed. The simulated results prove the feasibility of the methods.
