超声相控阵声束时空控制仿真研究

摘    要:超声相控阵检测技术是工业无损检测领域新的发展方向,其中相控发射与相控接收过程在整个检测过程中是十分关键的环节,在此过程中通过控制声束偏转聚焦到检测的各个区域内,从而达到对整个检测区的扫描。在研究超声相控阵检测原理的基础上,建立了声束时空控制模型,仿真研究了声束偏转与聚焦过程。

Abstract:The ultrasonic phased array testing technique is a new developing direction in the field of non-destructive testing. In the whole process of the ultrasonic phased array testing,the phased array emission and reception are the key factors. In this course, through controlling the ultrasonic beam deflecting and focusing into each area achieves the full scanning of the whole testing zone. Based on researching the ultrasonic beam space-time control mode, this paper establishes the ultrasonic beam space-time control mode, and makes the simulated research on the ultrasonic beam deflecting and focusing process.
