高速冷连轧过程摩擦热模型研究

摘    要:本文根据轧制过程运动学方程导出了冷轧摩擦功率理论模型,利用1700mm冷连轧机的实测数据建立了统计模型,并对有关问题进行了探讨,为深入研究高速冷连轧过程的热行为和板形控制等提供了重要依据。

Abstract:A theoretical model for power dissipation by friction in cold roiling is formulated in the light of classical kinematic equations governing the rolling process. A statistical model is formulated by manipulation on data acquired from gauge-reading log of a 1700mm continuous cold mill. Some other problems related with the thermal performance and shape control in high speed continuous cold rolling are explored.
