摘    要:道路网络的优化是建立可持续发展交通运输系统的重要环节。引入交通效率的概念,提出了基于交通效率的城市道路网络优化思路。与传统的四阶段交通规划模型相结合,将多车种用户平衡问题作为下层模型,考虑建设费用、污染物排放和能源消耗的约束,建立了使广义交通费用最小化的城市道路网络双层优化模型,分析了关键参数,并应用遗传算法和模拟退火混合算法进行了求解。实例研究表明,该模型既能满足交通需求,又能满足交通系统的环境保护目标。

Abstract:Optimization of road network is the most important foundation of sustainable transportation systems. This paper puts forward a bi-level optimization model of urban road network based on transport efficiency. The system integrates conventional four-step transport planning models with the multi-vehicle user equilibrium problem as a lower-level model, and considers restrictions of construction cost, pollution cost and energy consumption. The model to minimize the generalized transport cost is solved with combined genetic simulated annealing algorithm. The application results show that the model not only meets the transport demands, but also implements the environment protection objective.
