| Abstract: | This paper conducts a theoretical thinking of constructing technological innovation system based on enterprise as a main body,and proposes so-called multi-dimension main body view,elements shift & integration view,and governmental behavior view of technological innovation system taking enterprise as a main body.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize technological innovation system based on enterprise as a main body. |
