本文研究了影响出版社资源配置的可变因素:销售量、市场竞争力(满意度、市场占有率)、人力资源成本和长远发展策略;首先利用波士顿矩阵模型量化市场竞争力,通过市场增长率与相对市场份额反映A社不同出版物的市场行情和发展前景,综合考虑长远发展;然后以人力资源效用最大(人均创造的销售额最大)为目标,以人力资源、书号量和申请书号规则为约束,建立非线性整数规划模型,最后,通过改变模型的波士顿参数,Lingo求解得到了5种不同发展战略的资源配置方案,大大增强了模型的通用性与可操作性。

Boston Matrix Application for Resources Allocation of Press

This dissertation examines the variable factors which affect the allocation of resources for press including sales volume,market competitiveness(consumer satisfaction and market share) ,labour costs and longterm development strategies.Firstly,the Boston matrix model was used to quantify market competitiveness.It analyses different market conditions for press and their development prospects by looking at the market demand growth rate and relative market share.Secondly,taking into account the long-term development of press A with an aim of human resource utility maximisation(i.e.the largest sales per capita) and restrictions by human resource,capacity ISBN applications guidelines,an non-linear integer programming model is set up.Finally,five different development strategies for resources allocation are obtained by changing Boston parameters of the model solved by Lingo which greatly increases the applicability and operability of the model.
