层次-熵定权的灰色关联理论在工程评标中的应用

摘    要:多层次多方案的选择对于决策者理性投资是至关重要的,但目前的比选方法都具有较大的主观性。本文将层次分析法与灰色关联分析法结合起来,并引入了熵值法,建立了多层次多方案的综合评价模型。通过在建设工程评标中的实例分析可知:该模型在很大程度上减少了专家主观性的影响,为决策者提供了较为客观的定量决策依据。
