| 摘 要： | 2-甲酰基-4,6-二甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯及其衍生物是合成具有生理活性的间苯二酚类大环内酯类化合物的重要中间体。本文以乙酰乙酸甲酯为原料,采用直线型合成方法,经过芳环化、乙酰酯化、氧化、水解和甲醚化等反应,以25.8%的总收率完成了2-甲酰基-4,6-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯及其衍生物的合成,并对目标产物和中间体的结构进行了1H NMR、13C NMR和MS波谱表征。

| Abstract: | The methyl 2-formyl-4,6-dihyoxybenzoate and its derivatives are the important intermediates to synthesize resorcylic acid lactones.Using methyl acetoaceate as starting material,through the line synthetic method,methyl 2-formyl-4,6-dihyoxybenzoate and its derivatives were synthesized by 25.8% total yield though arylation,acylation,oxidation,hydrolysis and methylation reaction.All the new compounds described in these experiments were characterized by1H NMR,13CNMR and Mass spectrophotometry. |
