| Abstract: | This paper introduces five tides of the consolidation in American history, probes into the enlightenment of the successful consolidation of American enterprises on our country, studies on the lessons from the failure of the large-enterprise strategy carried out by the Korean Enterprises, and puts forward some problems needing attention in realizing the large-enterprise strategy in China through the large-scale consolidation of the enterprises. |
