| 摘 要： | 针对江西省知识产权现状和发展形势,赴长三角部分市县(合肥、南京、宁波)等地就知识产权情况进行调研,总结了各地知识产权创造、管理、运用、保护及服务的经验措施,并结合江西省情况,提出了政策举措,以知识产权跨越发展支撑江西发展升级、中部崛起。

| Abstract: | This Article is based on the investigation and survey on the intellectual property situation of Yangtze River Delta area of China. The writer thoroughly studied and research the IP creation, ap- plication, protection, management and services in Hefei, Nanjing, Ningbo etc. With the comparison of the local situation in Jiangxi Province, policies and measures are provided to upgrade the regional development mode and support the rise of Jiangxi province in central China through IP development. |
