| 摘 要： | 基于2013年上饶市城镇土地分等与基准地价更新工作中搜集的上饶市市本级土地出让情况和市场交易资料数据。利用空间自相关模型和Arcgis9.3工具对上饶市住宅地价的空间分布格局及其分布规律进行了分析。分析结果表明,上饶市是一个单核心发展模式城市,中心城区的住宅地价的在整体上呈现出较为显著的空间集聚格局,地价相似的区域在空间上集中分布,且由中心区域向四周逐渐递减分布的规律。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the data of urban land grading and benchmark premium update of Shangrao city,2013 ,as samples. Using the spatial autocorrelation and Arcgis9.3 to analysis the residential land price spatial temporal patterns and its regularities of distribution of Shangrao city. The results show that Shangrao is a single center development city. Residential land price present a relatively significant spatial agglomeration pattern on the whole, and the land price of similar area con- centrated on the space distribution rule. |
