紫山药组织培养及褐化因素的研究

摘    要:对紫山药外植体培养及培养过程中的褐化问题进行探究。研究结果表明:茎尖、茎段初始培养的成活率分别是43%和91%。诱导培养基添加抗褐化剂PVP、AC时茎尖比茎段的培养效果好,能明显降低培养基褐化速度,延长培养物培养时间。

Abstract:The techniques of tissue culture of purple yam and antibrowing methods were studied. The results showed, The survival rates of shoot tips and stems were 43% and 91% respectively in the ini-tial cultural period. The suitable inducing medium. PVP and AC used as antibrowing agents added in the medium could reduce the speed of browing and prolong the cultural period of the explants.
