摘    要:多金属固体废物综合回收利用项目属再生资源回收利用项目,原料成分复杂,且工艺过程繁杂,因此,该类项目的环境影响评价涉及知识面广,难度较大。笔者经历了多个不同原料、不同重金属固体废物综合回收利用项目环境影响评价中总结出的几个要点及难点,为多金属固体废物综合回收利用项目环境影响评价工作提供参考。

Abstract:Comprehensive recovery and utilization projects of polymetallic solid wastes belong to the project of recycling and reusing from regenerative resources. Material Composition and technological process of these projects are all complicated. So the environmental impact assessments have a wide knowledge area, and have great difficulties. In this paper, the author summarizes some main points and difficulties based on the practical experiences from many environmental impact assessments in solid wastes comprehensive recovery and utilization projects of different materials and different heavy metals. This paper has offered reference value to environmental impact assessment in comprehensive recovery and utilization projects of polymetallic solid wastes.
