摘    要:以聚醚(N-220)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为主要原料合成了阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液,采用红外光谱测试乳液胶膜,讨论了预聚物的R比值、N-甲基二乙醇胺用量以及中和度等反应条件对产品性能的影响。结果表明,当R比值为2.9、N-甲基二乙醇胺用量为6.0%、中和度为85%~100%时,合成的阳离子水性聚氨酯具有较佳的稳定性,其涂膜具有较好的机械性能和耐水性。

Abstract:With polyether ( N-220 ), toluene diisocyanate ( TDI), N-methyl diethanolamine (MDEA) bind as the main raw material synthesis of cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsion, emulsion film was tested by infrared spectroscopy, discussed the R ratio of prepolymer, dosage of N-methyl dietha- nolamine and neutralization degree, etc. The influence of reaction conditions on product performance. Results show that when the R ratio is 2.9, the dosage of N-methyl diethanolamine was 6.0%, neutralization degree was 85% - 100% , the synthesis of cationic waterborne polyurethane has a better stability, the coating has good mechanical properties and water resistance.
