Collaborative Innovation to Speed up Scientific and Technological Innovation and Industrialization

In this paper, an approaching of the conception of collaborative innovation is made, and some successful cases of it in promoting technological progress of enterprises and the transformation of achievements are presented and analyzed. The research results show that to promote collaborative innovation ability, it is supported to strengthen the functions of the government, establish effective communication, trust mechanism and promote the comprehensive cooperation in various community in the collaborative innovation process.
